As part of my ongoing healing process, I tried a lot of different treatments. With nothing working, at the time my doctors decided that maybe there was something systemically wrong. So we decided that the next step was to focus on changing my diet as a way to improve my health.

As part of our tour in Northern Ireland, we visited Carrick-A-Rede where you can take the rope bridge challenge!

A coastal footpath leads the way to the rope bridge. The sights are pretty spectacular and there are lots of spots where you can stop and take in the beautiful landscape.

Acceptance is the first step to dealing with anxiety. Knowing that right now you are feeling anxious and then taking steps to minimize and reduce the symptoms.

This year, I’ve decided to be more intentional when it comes to my closet. When getting dressed in the morning, stop and really look at what you already have. Have you heard of the 80/20 rule? It suggests that we only wear 20% of our clothes 80% of the time!! Which means that you have a lot of items hanging in your closet taking up space.

Sorting through your closet on a regular basis is a good way of determining what your 20% is and where to make some changes.
