Outfit Post: Plaid Shirt Dress & Faux Fur

Happy Hump Day! Today I’m sharing an outfit that I put together yesterday made up of some of the items I scored on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, including this plaid shirt dress!

I realized recently that I didn’t have a plaid dress. I also don’t have a lot of green. When I saw this shirt dress at the Dynamite sale I knew that I could kill two birds with one stone so to speak. I love a good shirt dress and lately I am really loving the ones from Dynamite. They are so comfortable and easy to wear. You just throw it on, add some booties and you are good to go! This is the 3rd shirt dress I have bought there!! I have a striped one, a floral and now a plaid – I think I am all set! Unless of course the come out with a polka dot one 😉image

Plaid Shirt Dress: Dynamite (similar), Faux Fur Vest: Dynamite, Booties: Nine West

I added this faux fur vest that I also got from Dynamite. I love that it’s not too bulky and the way that it fits along my shoulders. Sometimes a fur vest can add extra bulk but this one doesn’t. Both the dress and the vest were on sale, and with the Black Friday sale they were an additional 40% off! I love getting deals on top of deals!!

I finished the look off with these new booties from Nine West which I got at 40% off on Cyber Monday. I love the buckle with the suede strap around the top. It gives the boots a little something extra and it catches your eye. The boots have a good heel for walking, not too high and it’s thick to give you more stability. I have a hard time walking in a heel that’s too thin, and I also find that a thicker heel is more comfortable for walking around in.
