Happy November!! I am very protective of my skin. I have oily, acne-prone skin that is also very sensitive. I have tried several different varieties of face washes and cleansers over the years that would result in my skin having a reaction. There is nothing worse than getting acne from a product that is supposed to help treat your acne! One product that is heavily endorsed by lots of people (I’m sure you can figure out which one) resulted in the worst outbreak I have ever had!

These suspender pants from Tobi are a new addition to my wardrobe collection. They are a deviation from my typical style but I decided to try something new. The pants have a high-waist and are fitted, a combination that I usually avoid. Over the last year, I have been making a conscious effort to step outside of my fashion ruts. I noticed that a lot of my clothes were neutrals and that I tended to gravitate towards clothes that are baggier and flowy.

Time to head out on our mother/daughter road trip! #ButFirstCoffee

We hit up Tim Hortons to grab a coffee for the road. I had a chocolate dream latte which is basically like drinking chocolate coffee – so, delicious. Once we had our fuel, it was time to hit the road!image

Erie is about a four hour drive from Toronto. Not too bad, and luckily since we were going during the middle of the week there wasn’t too much traffic.
