#MondayMantra – Let Go

Sometimes, it is hard to remember to just let things go. We tend to hold on to things that don’t really matter. Whether those things are something that is physical, mental or emotional. I know that I have been guilty in the past of hanging on to hurt feelings without ever addressing them with the person that hurt them. These days, I am focusing on the positive and letting go of the things that get in the way of that. If I am not willing to speak up about something, then it is not worth holding on to the feelings associated with it. When we let go of the little things, we can focus on the things that truly matter and it is only then that we can truly be happy.
