‘Tis the Season

The Christmas season is finally here!! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!

Every year for Christmas my family gets together for dinner at my parents house. My mom cooks (she’s the best!!) and we have turkey with stuffing (Yum!!) and her homemade cherry cheesecake – so good!! She has to make a big batch of cheesecake because we all love it so much! For the last 5 years or so we have been doing Kris Kringle with the adults but we always buy gifts for the kids. This year there will be a new guest at dinner – my almost 3 month old niece Tegan! She’s so cute and I may have spoiled her a little this Christmas – not that she will be aware of what is going on around her. Baby stuff is so cute I couldn’t resist!! I got her the cutest thing but I can’t share it on here just yet (my sister reads the blog). I will definitely do a post after Christmas showing it off.

For today’s outfit post I decided to go really Christmassy and wear red and green. This bow front top and fringe skirt (similar) are both from Dynamite and I carried the green into my booties from Nine West.

The weather when I was taking this pictures was so mild – I didn’t even mind that I was sleeveless! It was so great that I ended up taking photos for four different outfit posts! It is never this warm in Toronto at this time of the year. I am definitely not looking forward to when the cold weather hits! I don’t know how I am going to take outfit photos outside – EEK!! I guess I’ll just have to grin and bear it – and take them quickly!!
