As the temperature starts to drop, I look for different ways to carry my summer pieces into the cooler weather. I got this cap sleeve dress from SheIn at the end of summer and I have been looking for a way to wear it. Typically, I add a cardigan or blazer on top, but this time I decided to wear it as a skirt by layering a tee shirt on top. I picked up this shirt at Old Navy during there fall sale and it is so soft, I bought it in blue and black! I’ve already worn them so many times.
The dress is lined, with an a line skirt. The pattern is a very pretty vintage print. While I styled it a little more casual with the tee and the riding boots, it could also be worn with a blazer and heels.
I’ve ordered a few pieces from SheIn and they never disappoint. As long as you check the items measurements very carefully you should be fine. Also, keep in mind that the items ship from China so it could take awhile to arrive. They have the best prices. You can definitely pick up 4-5 pieces from them for less than $100. And now they are having a promotion on dresses – buy one get one 50%!!

I have just started doing this and I love it! My favorite pieces that I pair like this are black, so they still fit the opaque tones of the season.

Great idea! I’ve also worn a dress as a top with a skirt over it to change it up a bit! <3
